A Presidential Award winner and graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos. Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), holder of a Pan-African University Certificate in Entrepreneurship, and a Level II Candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute Program.
Formerly a Project Coordinator/Research Analyst at Alpine Investment Services, Awonusi developed the Lagos Neighborhood Garage Project (LNGP) for Lagos State — winning a Presidential Award and a ₦10M federal grant to pilot the project. He has made investment presentations to distinguished figures including Senator Bola Tinubu, Governor Donald Duke, The Dantatas, and Gen. T.Y. Danjuma, and played an active role in structuring the ₦11Bn Ado Bayero Mall in Kano.

His expertise spans Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Governance across manufacturing, financial, and public sectors — locally and internationally.
Kehinde Temidayo Fajana

CEO of Eliezer Investments Limited and a Partner at Octragon. A University of Lagos graduate holding a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and an M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, with extensive top-management experience across the manufacturing sector as Plant/Production Manager, General Manager, and Managing Director.
His foray into the Real Estate and construction sector draws on decades of operational leadership, having attended several local and international courses in his chosen career.
